Bob began his career in product marketing with a leading over-the-counter health care company. He then worked in marketing and sales with hospital, physician, and health technology organizations.
He started Health Centric in 1996 — with his last employer as his first customer. He has taught strategic health care marketing as an adjunct professor since 2001 and co-authored Strategic Marketing for Health Care Organizations with Philip Kotler (Wiley, 2008).
Bob has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern, an MA from Duke University, and a BA from Colgate University.
Greg was a clinician at a psychiatric hospital and then in public mental health and acute care mental health. He founded Healthcare Compliance Systems in 1997 to meet the needs of physicians for improved reimbursement, documentation, coding, compliance, and information systems.
Greg has an MA from Western Michigan University and a BA from Central Michigan University.

Analytics research is integral to any online marketing plan. Anne specializes in optimizing client web investment with applications to inside sales.
She previously worked at Dell as a senior ecommerce analytics manager. Anne has a BA from Davidson College.

Lisa provides expert guidance and implementation of quantitative and qualitative studies.
Lisa is a co-owner of Wilkins Research Services, a HIPAA compliant interviewing and data collection company. Lisa has a BS from the University of Tennessee.

Joel is president of Lee Strategies, and he uses innovative tools to capture preferences, test alternatives, and engage clients in co-designing solutions.
