This program is a health care financial training simulation for “non-financial” people.  Participants create budgets, manage supply and demand issues, and plan cost-saving strategies.  As a result, a company sales staff learns how an insider's perspective can win more hospital business - by connecting their product benefits to driving down the cost of care and improving hospital capacity utilization.
