MANAGEMENT   The Health Centric team's distinction is that it is made up of health care marketing veterans.  Each staff member has at least 18 years of health care marketing experience. 

Robert J. Stevens

Bob began his marketing career in product management with an international consumer goods/pharmaceutical company. He transferred the consumer package goods approach to marketing to senior-level marketing positions with an integrated health care delivery network and then to publicly-traded companies in physician practice management  and physician information systems. Bob has a MBA in marketing from Northwestern University, a MA from Duke University, and a BA from Colgate University.  He also teaches executives health care marketing as an Adjunct Professor at the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Michael W. Foust
Market Research Operations

Mike has 15 years experience managing market research studies.  He is adept at project planning, staffing, and quality control. Mike has managed research projects across a range of health care market segments, and he particularly excels at reaching difficult to contact respondent groups such as pharmaceutical executives, scientists, and physicians. Mike has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro.

Frederick Navarro
Market Research Development

With over 15 years of marketing and market research experience, Fred is a nationally recognized expert in the application of attitude and behavior measures in the health care field. He has worked with hospital systems, health plans, and benefits management companies. He is the creator of the PATH (Profiles of Attitudes Toward Healthcare) market segmentation tool and founder of the PATH Institute.  Fred earned a master of science degree in research psychology and a bachelor of science degree in psychology from San Francisco State University.

Gregory A. Robinson

Sales Outsourcing Midwest

Greg brings a deep understanding of health care finance, compliance, and operations -- in addition to sales experience -- to Health Centric . Having worked in both hospital and physician practice management, he has expertise in new business development as well as reimbursement and billing regulations . Greg has a graduate degree from Western Michigan University and an undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University. 


Julia W. Love

Clinical Research Operations


Julia brings skills in clinical research operations management and alliance development.  She has ten years experience with a large pharmaceutical company, a university-based CRO, and an international site management organization.  Her focus is not only on developing marketing strategies and tactics but also on the financial and return-on-investment aspects of marketing.  Julia has a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Duke University.

Joel T. Storey
Creative Director

Joel has spent much of his 26-year career as the creative director for entrepreneurial health care and technology companies. He has earned a reputation for his iconography, web design, and illustrations. Joel produces corporate identity, collateral, direct mail, print advertising, exhibit graphics, and web sites for Health Centric Marketing clients. He has a bachelor of arts degree in visual design from North Carolina State University.
